How do I know if the course I want is still available?
If the course is listed as Available then it is. We have an automatic system that won’t let you book unless that date is available.
How do we book a course?

Do we have to talk at the course?
Not unless you want to. We love hearing people’s experiences and stories but we don’t demand that you share them with us if you don’t want to. We don’t claim to know it all so we always welcome new input from our couples.
Do we have to share personal information with strangers?
Never!
How can we pay for the course?
You can book by credit card or laser card BOOK HERE
Our friends gave us a flyer worth ten euro. How do we claim our discount?
Simply give the flyer to your presenter on the day to claim your refund.
What time does the course start at?
Saturday course start at 11am and finish at 5pm. Sunday courses start at 12pm and finish at 6pm.
Do we need to bring anything with us on the day?
Yes you need to bring the confirmation email that you get when you pay for a course.
If you do not bring this email you can’t collect your certificate on the day and you will have to pay a ten euro administration charge before we can post the certificate to you.
What if we don’t receive an email?
The only reason that this happens is when you do not enter the correct email address. You must contact us by email to rectify this. Email us here.
What if we want to change dates?
Please make sure that you can both attend the course date before you book with us. To change dates, a ten euro administration charge will apply which is payable on the day of the course that you choose to attend.
To change dates simply fill in all the details on the Change of Date form.
What if we can’t get time off work at weekends?

Why not view our convenient course locations and chose a date that suits you both, then you can simply pay online (only) by Visa, Mastercard or Laser. All payments are handled by the Irish Company Realex on our site Avalonbookings.com and are totally secure. All your personal information is encrypted to prevent data theft.
